3.5 10bet reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.
4.1 All transactions on the 10bet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 10bet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 All funds deposited into your 10bet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 10bet reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if a third-party deposit is detected.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You must complete KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), before your first withdrawal is processed.
4.5 10bet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster. 10bet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.6 10bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5.1 10bet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the promotions page of the platform.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 10bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, 10bet's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
5.5 Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers. Bonus eligibility is determined at 10bet's sole discretion.
6.1 All games offered on the 10bet platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in regulated studio environments. 10bet does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 10bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. 10bet is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

9.1 All content on the 10bet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of 10bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 10bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
9.3 The 10bet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use any 10bet trademark without the prior written consent of the Company.

10.2 10bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 10bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 10bet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 10bet will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 10bet's customer support team for resolution. 10bet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in clause 12.2, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
